Axlor consultants play major role in settling GM environmental liabilities

Axlor senior staff Greg Brusseau and Gayle Koch have evaluated environmental and product liability valuation and insurance issues associated with many of the major recent bankruptcies. We recently provided environmental valuations on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice and Southern District of New York in the General Motors/Motors Liquidation Company bankruptcy settlement.
