Axlor Consulting testified at trial involving issues related to historical operations at a site, environmental remediation and insurance recovery.

Dr. Greg Brusseau testified in an insurance allocation proceeding. The Court qualified Dr. Brusseau as an expert in the areas of environmental engineering, costs analysis and allocation, including the evaluation and assessment of the cause or causes of environmental contamination and the allocation of losses among responsible parties and/or their insurers. Work at the site at issue included the fabrication of uranium fuel rods, and other non-nuclear metal processing and finishing. Contaminants of concerns included metals and chlorinated solvents. In addition to evaluating historical operations and the resulting environmental remediation activities, Dr. Brusseau also performed insurance allocation calculations. This work contributed to a confidential settlement between Axlor’s client and the plaintiff.
