Dr. Gregory A. Brusseau has over 17 years of consulting experience focused primarily on environmental, technological, insurance, and product liability issues. He has estimated damages and provided valuations in bankruptcy, cost recovery, allocation, civil penalty, insurance, and litigation risk assessment matters. He has significant expertise in cost estimation, the evaluation and management of large databases, the application of statistical methods in forecasting future liabilities, and the development of complex financial and insurance allocation models.
Greg has provided expert testimony and used his skills to facilitate successful resolutions in settlement discussions. He has assessed liabilities and damages in breach of contract and fraud cases, evaluated anti-competitive behavior in the agricultural biotechnology industry, and participated in the engineering and market evaluations of innovative technologies. He also has worked with water quality issues and evaluated natural resource damages claims. Prior to consulting, Greg had over 13 years of experience as a research scientist and consulting engineer in environmental engineering, microbiology, molecular biology, and medicinal chemistry.
